With approximately 26,000 properties and a total floor area of about 200 million square meters, ÖBB is Austria’s largest real estate owner. ÖBB-Immobilienmanagement GmbH - a wholly owned subsidiary of ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG - operates as service provider for the ÖBB group, but it is also active on the free market. Its service portfolio comprises property management and technical management of offices and residences, as well as the management of railway stations and the development and utilization of properties, which are no longer required for railway operations.
